Dr. Baum and the staff at Pashley and Baum are incredible. I had to cancel an appointment just hours before we were due because my daughter was ill. They were so understanding and accommodating. I felt totally welcome upon my first visit. Their rewards program is genius...I love how they incorporate school, health, and community into the reward system. I felt like Dr. Baum gave me an honest evaluation of my daughter's teeth and even told me that she did not need any orthodontia at this time. I highly recommend them to anyone!

The staff as well as the office is very friendly and welcoming; there's always a movie playing and magazines on the table or on the shelf. There's a very easy sign-in process and you don't have to wait too long to get to your appointment. I came late to my appointment once because my mom and I both forgot, and we were not charged an extra fee. They are very reliable and I would recommend it to everyone!

Our first impression right when we walked in is the sign that said, "Welcome New Patients" with our son's and 3 other patient's names on it. We have been to at least 5 other children's Dentist offices and several Doctor's offices before, and have never seen anything like this. It’s a very clever and comforting way to welcome the new patients.
Bonnie Bell is very friendly and helpful; Doctor Baum is well educated and friendly as well. He explained his diagnosis with us and made it very clear so that we could easily understand. The office staff and doctor took their time with our son. Not only that, but they have a card call "PatientRewardsHub" that you can earn points to redeem for gift cards. They also support our Troops. Highly recommended.
